Heating A7/W35: 10.0 / 12.0 / 12.0 / 16.0 kW for the four listed SKUs. Cooling A35/W18: 10.0 / 12.0 / 12.0 / 16.0 kW. Backup heater 3 kW (1Ph) or 9 kW (3Ph). Max input does not include the backup heater.

Hybrid ACDC and Deye Cloud

Hybrid ACDC: use compatible PV on the built-in MPPT when the sun is available, and AC grid power when it is not. Pair with a Deye inverter, battery and Cloud app for scheduling across PV, storage, heat pump and household loads.

Wi-Fi, Modbus, SG Ready, zone control, ECO / holiday modes, OTA and leakage control. Up to 8 units can be modularised. CE, ERP, MCS and BAFA list marks.

Can it run without solar panels?

Yes. Compatible PV can support the unit through the Hybrid ACDC MPPT, but it also runs from grid AC when PV is missing, offline or too weak — evenings, cloud and high demand included.

What can it heat or cool?

Space heating, comfort cooling and domestic hot water. Typical plant: underfloor, radiators, fan coils, buffer tank and DHW tank. It is not the Deye R32 swimming-pool heat pump.

How do I choose 10, 12 or 16 kW?

Size from heat loss, insulation, DHW volume, emitters, climate, AC supply and PV. Many houses take 10 or 12 kW 1Ph; higher load or a 3Ph supply takes 12 or 16 kW 3Ph. A qualified installer must confirm.

Does it replace a gas or oil boiler?

It can be designed as a boiler replacement or a new-build low-carbon plant, but the result depends on the building, emitters, DHW cylinder and local rules. Installation is not in the equipment price.

Who should install it?

A qualified heat-pump installer: hydraulics, electrical supply, PV strings, outdoor placement, drainage and subsidy paperwork. In the box: outdoor unit, wired controller, manuals.
